Nigerian entertainer Peller has stirred laughter online after publicly calling out his girlfriend, Jarvis, for not marking International Boyfriend’s Day.
In a video shared from their car ride in the UK, Peller reminded Jarvis of the thoughtful gifts he bought her earlier this year during International Girlfriend’s Day. He then asked why she hadn’t returned the gesture.
Jarvis, appearing caught off guard, explained that she wasn’t aware of the day and pointed out that it hadn’t trended widely online.
But Peller quickly countered, saying he didn’t have to wait for a trend to celebrate her when it was her day.
The lighthearted exchange has since drawn reactions from fans, with many joining the playful debate on whether Boyfriend’s Day should be celebrated as much as Girlfriend’s Day.
