The recently apprehended Port Harcourt hotel serial killer has been spotted eating a plate of rice while the police parades him round the state.
The killer identified as Gracious David West, had confessed to the crime of murder and narrated how he had incapacitated a victim before killing her in a hotel room.Â
Since his arrest, the police have paraded him all over the state but apparently had to stop and get the ex-militant and cultist a plate of rice.Â
