According to Facebook user, Cecilia Dikibo, who shared photos of the incident said the culprit was nabbed after he raped a 10 year old girl in Ahoda, a community in Rivers state. The culprit is said to be the chairman of the Parents Teachers Association of the Girls School, Ahoada.
