Ruggedman reveals he was happy to see Naira Marley arrested by EFCC [video]

Ruggedman in an interview at City FM, disclosed that he was happy Naira Marley was arrested because the singer had  played himself.

According to the veteran singer, he was expecting to see the singer’s supporters at the EFCC office to burst him out but he never saw any. 

Ruggedman further disclosed that he played himself by promoting what everyone have been campaigning against. 

The rapper who noted that an EFCC battle is not what one pulls away from easily, said Naira Marley got a dose of reality check. Ruggedman further stated that the arrest will tell other cybercrime activist that the authorities are watching.

Recall that Ruggedman had earlier cautioned Naira Marley, urging him to be cautious of what he says and write on social media because some people look up to him. 

He had told Naira Marley that yahoo was indeed a crime and that he should not use slavery to justify it. 

However Naira Marley who fired back at him, described him as an artist whose career is on a downward spiral, urging him to stop mentioning his name and write songs instead.
