South African rapper AKA, has reacted to Burna Boy’s loss at the Grammy’s last night to legend Angelique Kidjo.
The rapper was trolled by multiple twitter users who seemingly blamed him for Burna’s loss.
The rapper however claimed to have no hate for the African Giant and still considered him a winner as the nomination alone was a big deal.

Recall, Burna Boy and AKA have been at loggerheads since the xenophobic incident in South Africa last year with Burna Boy threatening the rapper with physical harm next time he met him.
He wrote:
“I never hated Burna Boy. All I did was stand up for my country. I think it’s time to move past this narrative. It’s tired. Like I said, even a nomination is a huge achievement”.
He added:
“What you should have done is focus on the positive instead of thinking about me and my country. In any case, Burna is still a champion. We still consider him a winner”.
