Nigerian actress, Cossy Orjiakor has shocked fans after she advised a suicidal fan to sell his kidneys before he took his life to help his family.
The busty celebrity gave her unfettered advise when the fan reached out to her about his depression and suicidal thoughts.
He wrote:

Cossy replied the plea for help with the unexpected advise. She urged him not to kill himself for nothing. Rather he should try to benefit his family with his death.
She wrote:
Cheii they say health is wealth. You are a walking millionaire. Why waste ur life when u can sell one kidney and build house in your village. U can e’en sell the 2 kidneys. Lover and other things. Ur Sacrifice will be cherished forever by ur loved ones. So before u take that pill, remember how u can bless ur famy
The actress seemed on a roll as she delivered savage replies to other fans who commented on her Instagram post.
