Ex super eagles coach Sunday oliseh was highly impressed with female referee Stéphanie Frappart performance in Liverpool victory against Chelsea.
Frappart was as decisive as she was in control of the game.
Doing a great job as Liverpool and Chelsea slugged it out for 120 minutes in the 2019 UEFA Super Cup.
However, the game was not without controversy, as Frappart and VAR – the latter featuring for the first time in the competition.
Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian was off his line before Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham even kicked the ball.
The French match official and her entire team missed a decisive moment in the game which literally handed Liverpool the Super Cup but Oliseh believes they deserve commendation for their performance.
He tweeted:

Liverpool defeated Chelsea 5-4 on penalties after the sides were tied 2-2 after extra time.
