Reports from france claim that Spanish Club Barcelona have made an opening oral offer to PSG for Brazilian forward Neymar.

However, sources close to Dockaysworld understands that the offer wasn’t put in proposition writing and was immediately rejected by the French champions.

Dockaysworld additionally understands that PSG are also fed up with the Catalan club’s
lack of concrete offer and are understood to
have set an internal deadline of the 31st July for Barcelona to make an acceptable bid, which PSG see as €300m to €350m.

The saga becomes even more interesting with Phillipe Coutinho who has been under much criticism and scrutiny and previously  assured by the Catalans he was part of their Future plans, been considered as a light weight as they push for a Neymar return.

It is understood that both PSG president Leonardo and Neyamar want an acceptable bid to be made, because the opening weeks of their relationship have been so fiery.
