President Bola Tinubu has nominated Mr. Taiwo Oyedele as Minister of State for Finance, replacing Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite.
Oyedele currently serves as Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reform.
He is widely known for leading the administration’s tax reform drive and proposing changes aimed at simplifying Nigeria’s tax system and increasing government revenue.

Her first role in the Tinubu administration was as Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment before she was later redeployed to the finance ministry.
