The team held its first meeting in Abuja on July 31, where they examined the roots of the crisis, traced back to the party’s 2015 primaries.

They agreed to embark on a fact-finding mission by engaging with key stakeholders, including former Bauchi governors Mohammed Abubakar and Isa Yuguda, Minister of Health Ali Pate, and other political figures.

The committee is expected to conclude its work within one month and submit its report to the president.
