Jurgen Klopp’s men are now heavy favorites to reach the semi-finals, despite being unable to add to their advantage in
the second period at Anfield.

Firmino, in the last two seasons of Champions League action, now has more goals and assists than anyone else in
European football’s premier club competition – except Cristiano Ronaldo .

Firmino has had a direct hand in 21 Reds’ goals during that time; Ronaldo’s goal in Amsterdam in midweek was his 25th.

The reds now turn attention to the premier league as a mouthwatering clash against Chelsea awaits at anfield on Sunday.
