Popular ativist and social commentator Martins Vincent Otse aka Verydarkman, has announced plans to kick off a monthly community service initiative across Nigeria.
In a post on his Instagram page, he revealed that his followers, popularly known as “The Ratel Movement,” will begin the exercise on Saturday, November 29, 2025, and continue on the last Saturday of every month.
According to him, the program will go beyond online activism, focusing on practical ways to make a difference in communities. The activities will include clearing gutters, environmental sanitation, painting schools, and other forms of assistance to improve living conditions.
Verydarkman noted that the initiative is aimed at fostering patriotism and encouraging citizens to take responsibility for their environment and society.
