Why I dislike Nigerian girls – Singer Ruger

Nigerian singer, Michael Adebayo Olayinka, popularly known as Ruger, has ignited a firestorm of controversy with recent comments made during an interview on Beat 99.9 FM.

The 24-year-old artiste stated that Nigeria does not boast the best women in the world, because they are “toxic” and “liars.”

Nigeria does not have the best women in the world. My people are toxic and Nigerian girls are liars.

The remarks sent shockwaves through social media, prompting an outpouring of reactions from fans and critics alike.

Others criticized Ruger for his comments and called for accountability.
