Kogi State Senator narrowly survives ghastly car crash(photos)

Senator representing Kogi central, Senator Ahmed Ogembe, has narrowly survived after he was involved in a car crash, along Abuja / Lokoja Road while heading to Okene for the elections.

His bulletproof car somersaulted several times, but the senator and other occupants of the vehicle came out unhurt.

Ahmed Ogembe who is seeking re-election under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 National Assembly election, was involved in the accident at about 9 a.m on Friday, at Gegu community in Kotonkarfe LGA of Kogi state.

Mr Duke Opeyemi, his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity told News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday that the Kogi Senator, Ahmed Ogembe who survived the accident expressed gratitude to God for saving his life and that of the people with him on the eve of Nigeria’s election.
