Shina Peller released on bail from police custody

House of Representatives member and Quilox club owner, Shina Peller has been released on bail after spending some hours in police custody.

His case had been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Yaba.

Shina Peller has reportedly been arrested because he had planned to invade the police station with thugs.

Fellow House of Representatives member and Nairabet CEO, Akin Alabi, has dispelled the rumors as he labeled the actions of the authorities as police brutality.

He said Shina Peller has only gone to bail out his customers who were arrested at the Quilox entrance.

According to him, the police had then pounced on him and arrested him even after demanding bribes from the other arrested persons.
