Mavins singer and son of veteran actor Justice Esiri, Dr Sid, and his wife of 5 years, Simi Esiri, have broken up this year.
The wife, Simi took to twitter to make the announcement officially as she sought to clear some misconceptions about the split.
She addressed rumors that the reason for the divorce was because she was abusive to her ex-husband and also that she’d restricted Sid from seeing his children.

She noted that the reports were untrue and made to stain her image in the public eye.
