“Don’t marry a career lady and force her to stay at home” – Actor Yul Edochie gives marital advice

Ace Nollywood actor cum politician, Yul Edochie has advised men to stop marrying career ladies with the intention of making them stay at home.

He said that any man who did that had failed his wife and cheated her out of realizing her dreams.

Proferring a solution, Yul Edochie advised men who want a full housewife to go for the one who feels comfortable under such condition.

He wrote:

“Don’t marry a career lady and force her to stay at home.
You fail am bros.
Women deserve to be successful and achieve their dreams too.
If you don’t want your wife to work or do business simply marry the one that doesn’t want to do anything.
You’ll have a great life together”

A Twitter user had claimed women were dangerous and shouldn’t be allowed to have careers.

“My brother, if you give your wife free chance to do what she wants in the name of “career lady or hard work”, you will surely regret it…. women are dangerous”, he wrote.

Yul Edochie had responded:

“I’ve been married to a great woman for 16yrs. Known her for 22yrs.
I support all her businesses 100%.
I have not regretted anything”.
