Popular Nigerian singer Teniola Apata aka Teni, has been accused of ordering her security guard to beat up a UNIBEN student identified as Henry Idemudia in Asaba, Delta state.

In a video seen by Dockaysworld, Henry can be seen with blood trickling down his face as he struggled to retain sight following the battering he received.

The recorder of the video narrates the incident, including how Teni had unleashed her guard on the young man for some unspoken reason while at a show in Asaba.

Teni was admonished for treating her fans in such manner with more students and activists calling her out on social media.

Idemudia who was once a UNIBEN SUG Presidential candidate, is currently the Faculty of arts student association (FASA) speaker of the University of Benin. He is a 400 level student in the higher institution.

At the time of filing this report, neither teni or her management have reacted to the claims of the victim.

Reactions have trailed the incident. Here are a few comments picked by Dockaysworld:

He was running for SUG president in
Uniben.
In fact, he is a 400 level student in my department. The fact that Teni did that is actually disgraceful.
Absolutely disgraceful”

@COAikosoria says, “Teni must be a bastard for doing this to UNIBEN FASA Supreme parliament speaker. Rt. Hon. Henry Idemudia 🤬🤬🤬

Henry (One time UNIBEN SUG presidential candidate, current FASA speaker) at Asaba event center today. *#SAYNOTOABUSE *
