Mr Ibu’s daughter ends 9 month marriage with husband she met on Tik Tok after discovering 3 kids with other woman

The daughter of veteran Nollywood actor John Okafor aka Mr Ibu, Chioma Jasmine Okafor, has ended her 9 month marriage to her husband after discovering he has 3 children from a previous marriage.

According to Chioma, she had filed for divorce after discovering the truth about a man whom she admitted was a great husband. She however said that she could not forgive the lies.

She had discovered the truth from her husband’s mom and decided that she would rather love her husband from a distance.

She lamented the end of the ‘best 9 months’ of her life but reiterated that she no longer trusted him and could not be with him anymore.

She wrote:

This was the best 9 months of my life!
I have no regrets whatsoever! I just won’t settle for a lie regardless! I forgive easily, I remember asking you about this severally before we started! Finding out today from your mum, really broke me! A foundation built upon a tiny lie won’t stand! I love how you loved me! But hate how you never mentioned your divorce nor kids to me! Moving on I don’t think I want anybody else! Just gonna love you from a distance!
My marriage was so beautiful, and full of love, my husband literally worshiped me! I don’t know if anyone is ever going to love me like he did! But this one lie ! I can’t forgive! I have filed a divorce today! I found out today that he has 3 grown up girls ! 3? Never told me he was married and divorced! Yes he’s divorced ‚but still doesn’t change anything! I married a single loving husband! I won’t settle for less! I love him so much! I appreciate all the love you showed me!
