Lady narrowly escapes death after falling live wire electrocuted her while strolling in Lagos [photos]

A lady identified as Yetunde Kardashian on Twitter has narrated how she nearly died after getting electrocuted in Lagos state by a falling live wire.

She called out the electricity distribution companies for not taking proper care in handling their wires and causing her severe burns on her hands.

According to Yetunde she’d been walking after getting her hair done when she was knocked unconscious by the electric jolt from the wire which fell on her hand.

She narrated that she’d woken up to intense pain and thanked God for saving her life.

Followers have advised the young woman to seek redress in court against the distribution company responsible.

She wrote:

@lkejaElectric you guys almost killed me on Monday! Imagine walking on the road as a normal citizen and the next minute vou’ve passed out because a live wire from the pole fell on your hand! Hot and burning wire just like fos! God saved me!
@ieServe you guys just connect wires anyhow! I’ve been in pains since, my body is hot and I can’t even lift my hands well.
@IkejaElectric @ieServe @jidesanwoolu you guys are going to kill innocent citizens if you don’t construct things well!
I’ve just been thanking God because he saved me! I blacked out! Just evil
