Tinubu Staggers, Nearly Falls At APC Campaign Rally (VIDEO)

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has stirred reactions after a video showing him struggling to maintain his balance and nearly falling during an All Progressives Congress (APC) rally in Akwa Ibom State surfaced online.

The incident reportedly occurred on Friday, November 6, 2026, as the President walked towards his waiting vehicle after attending the political rally in Uyo, the state capital.

In the video circulating on social media, Tinubu appeared to stagger while approaching his convoy, prompting security personnel and aides around him to move quickly and provide support.

The President was assisted to regain his balance before continuing towards the vehicle.

The footage has since attracted attention, with Nigerians discussing his appearance and ability to cope with the demands of another presidential campaign.

Tinubu was in Akwa Ibom State for an official visit during which he commissioned several infrastructure projects completed by Governor Umo Eno’s administration before attending an APC rally at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.

Some of the projects commissioned during the visit included the new International Terminal Building, International Airport Hospital and Ibom Aviation Village at the Victor Attah International Airport.

Other projects unveiled by the President included the Airport-Okopedi Road, Ring Road 3, the AKWA-GIS Office Complex, the Command and Control Centre and the ARISE Palm Resort.

The visit was part of the APC’s political activities ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The development also drew a reaction from Paul Ibe, media aide to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, who questioned Tinubu’s ability to withstand the demands of another presidential campaign and serve a second term.

Ibe called on the President’s wife, Remi Tinubu, and his son, Seyi Tinubu, to advise him to reconsider his decision to seek re-election in 2027.

He argued that people close to the President should be honest with him about the demands of another four years in office and urged them to encourage him to leave the race.

It is quite obvious that PBAT is not fit to campaign or continue in the governance of this country. But unfortunately, those around him won’t advise him till he loses control one day and that’s it. What again does he want to achieve, after almost 4 years of felled promises. Nigeria is drifting and their President is equally drifting and shaking. Who did this to Nigeria.,from Yar’Ardua to Buhari and now Tinubu.
