The terrorist group, Boko Haram, on Tuesday beheaded the bodyguard of Yobe State’s Governor in Kukareta, Damaturu.

The deceased, identified as Inspector Ahmed, alongside his colleagues, were returning to Damaturu after an official assignment in Maiduguri when they came upon a roadblock by ‘soldiers’

Ahmed approached them and asked for the reason for the road block. He had no idea that they were Boko Haram terrorists disguised as soldiers.

The terrorists shot him for his inquiry and proceeded to behead him. Ahmed’s colleagues ran away, unable to save him.
