Police in Niger State have rescued a six-month-old baby who was kidnapped by her cousin, Joy Nuwa, in Suleja and taken to Abuja to be sold.
The baby’s mother had asked Nuwa to watch the child while she ran an errand, but Nuwa, along with three others, attempted to sell the baby in Kubwa.
When the mother reported the child missing, police launched an investigation, arrested four suspects, and safely reunited the baby with her mother.
