A Governor in Northwest Nigeria has stashed N22B old notes in his house – Buba Galadima reveals [video]

An elder statesmen and party chieftain of the New Nigeria’s People’s party Buba Galadima, has revealed that a Nigerian Governor in the Northwest has allegedly stashed about N22B in his home.

The party stalwart made this known in an interview with Trust TV where he spoke on the stance of the governors against the new naira notes policy.

The former National Secretary of the defunct Congress for Progressive Change, CPC said:

“I agree. I know, from intelligence, that there is a governor in the Northwestern part that has about N22 billion of the old currency. Yes, N22 billion stacked in his house as I speak to you. He knows himself. And the security agencies know,”
