Controversial Nigerian actress Doris Ogala has been declared winner of the Abia state governorship primaries at the African Action Congress.
In a viral video seen online by Dockaysworld, Ogala could be seen jubilating wildly with her supporters after being declared the victor
Recall there had been some controversy when the actress declared her intention against fierce opposition within the party.
Her recent success in politics comes months after a larger issue with Nigerian pastor Chris Okafor whom she’d accused of breach of contract to marry amongst other issues.
She’s now set to face Alex Otti of the Labour Party and incumbent governor of Abia state who will be seeking re election while Omoyele Sowore faces Bola Tinubu and others as the presidential candidate of the AAC.
