Atiku’s Right-Hand Man Throws Shade at Tinubu’s Work ethic

The Nigerian presidency has lauded President Tinubu’s work ethic, describing him as a diligent individual who consistently works until approximately 2 am each day.

Phrank Shaibu, the Special Assistant on Public Communication to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, however, has taken a sarcastic tone in response to this proclamation.

In a post on his X (formerly Twitter) handle, Shaibu ridiculed the assertion, playfully applauding Tinubu’s commitment to governance as a “modern-day martyr.”

He humorously emphasized Tinubu’s late-night efforts, burning the midnight oil until the weehours of 2 am, only to rise again at the early hour of 7 am.

With a touch of irony, Shaibu urged Nigerians to bow in awe and admiration at the metaphorical altar of Tinubu’s purported insomniac dedication to the greater good of Nigeria.

The statement implies a skepticism or perhaps a satirical commentary on the exaggerated portrayal of Tinubu’s working hours.

While the presidential spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, had assured Nigerians that President Tinubu’s unwavering commitment would soon alleviate the country’s economic challenges,Shaibu’s response adds a humorous perspective to the narrative, questioning the significance of late-night work hours as a measure of effective governance.
