Breaking: First wife May Edochie Reportedly Files for Divorce from Husband Yul Edochie

Embattled spouse, May Edochie, and first wife of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, has allegedly filed for divorce after refusing to accept polygamy.

Dockaysworld learnt that May and her counsel reportedly visited a court today July 10, to file for the official dissolution of their 18 year marriage.

Sources sat Yul has refused to be served the originating summons.

Recall there was trouble in paradise after Yul decided to take a second wife, Judy Austin, without the approval of his first wife.

Yul had welcomed a child with his new wife, further causing a rift in the family. Despite efforts to cajole May into the arrangement, she had rejected the concessions and now seems set to formally end her marriage.

Future strain to relationships occurred when Yul and May’s first son, Kambilichukwu, died suddenly in March.
