The peoples republic of China has reportedly established a police station in Nigeria and about 20 other countries “with the aim” of curbing the rising spate of crimes of Chinese citizens in diaspora.
The Chinese Police Station known as ‘Service Station’ is reportedly located in Benin City in Nigeria, Maseru in Lesotho, and Dar es Salaam in Tanzania, Dockaysworld learnt.
This information was contained in an investigative report by Safeguard Defender, who laid out the full scope of the covert operation stretching across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa.

The report titled, ‘110 Overseas Chinese Transnational Policing Gone Wild’, had listed Lesotho and Tanzania as the two other targets African countries.
It explained that China had achieved its goal by using a front of non governmental organizations present in these countries rather than cooperating with local law enforcement. Though the enterprise is said to focus on Chinese nationals, it threatens the sovereignty of the nations involved with the existence of a pseudo-security outfit outside government control.
The report reads in part:
“Rather than cooperating with local authorities in the full respect of territorial sovereignty, it prefers…to cooperate with (United Front-linked) overseas ‘NGOs’ or ‘civil society associations’ across the five continents, setting up an alternative policing and judicial system within third countries, and directly implicating those organisations in the illegal methods employed to pursue ‘fugitives’.”
The Chinese have particularly targeted diasporans who engage in fraud and allegedly used non-lethal means to ‘convince’ them to return to the country to face Justice.
The report cites the period of April 2021 to July 2022, where 230,000 nationals had been, “persuaded to return” to face criminal proceedings in China.
China’s official statements clarified the use of depriving suspects’ children of the right to education back in China and other actions against relatives and family members in a full-on “guilt by association” campaign.
The rights group revealed that China selected nine countries as having serious fraud, telecom fraud and web crimes, and Chinese nationals were no longer allowed to stay in those countries without “good reason.”
Recall that Dockaysworld reported a Chinese national living in Nigeria, identified as Geng, murdered his ex-lover in Kano state a month ago.
