Award winning Nigerian musician David Adeleke aka Davido, is poised to perform at the final of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, his first performance since the death of his son, Ifeanyi.
The closing ceremony is set to take place on Sunday, 18th December 2022 and according to the reports, Davido will be performing the Qatar World Cup anthem ‘Hayya Hayya (Happy Together)’ alongside Trinidad singer Cardona and Qatar singer Aisha.
Chinese millionaire Stephen Hung announced on his page that Davido had confirmed that he would be performing at the event.

Recall that David had made his first public appearance during the inauguration of the his uncle Ademola Adeleke as Osun state Governor.
His fans had also recently held a heartwarming concert in his honor as they also condoled with him on the loss of his son Ifeanyi.
