Ghanaian-born producer and reggae-dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr. A.K.A Shatta Wale has turned Nigerian citizen.
The 35-year old over excited singer took to his social media handle to announce to his fans about his change in nationality adding that he also got a work permit alongside.

However, The singer has been under pressure from fans in Nigeria who feel his current country does not allow him give Nigerians more content.
Shatta wale, a Ghanian born singer was born October 17th 1984. He formerly used the stage name bandana. His best known song is “Dancehall King“, which led to winning the Artiste of the Year at the 2014 edition of the Ghana Music Awards.
