Hollywood actress, writer and director, Rain Pryor has selected Nollywood's Odunlade Adekola as main lead in upcoming movie that is set to begin filming in 2024 and released in 2025
Rain Pryor, a Hollywood actress, director, and writer has chosen Nollywood actor Odunlade Adekola as the main lead in her new movie.
The actress revealed in an interview with Newsmen that she chose Odunlade Adekola after watching many of his movies and seeing the level of his abilities.

“I am a fan of Nollywood, so in the last year and a half, Nollywood has flooded the United States through Netflix and other streaming platforms and I have watched King of Boys, Jagun Jagun and other titles and I have watched Odunlade, his range of abilities and what he can do and to me, he possessed what is needed for the character of Oba Fagbemi in the coming film and that was why I chose him,”
Rain Pryor is currently in works with Bola Attah and Chike Nwoffiah, a Nigerian filmmaker and arts consultant on the movie project. She is taking on the director and executive producer role while Attah and Nwoffiah are both the executive directors of the project.
Attah and Nwoffiah added that the high-budget movie project is in the pre-production stages and will start filming in 2024 with the movie set to be released in 2025.
Attah also included that the movie will be shot in Osun and Lagos State, Nigeria, including Baltimore and other states in the United States of America.
