Kizz Daniel sues Vanguard Newspapers for N100m over COZA story [photos]

Popular Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel has sued Vanguard Newspapers through his music label Fly Boy Inc for 100 million Naira over the story about Kizz Daniel on the COZA rape issue. 

Sometime last week, the singer had denied granting any interview to the newspaper where he allegedly blasted celebrities that had been protesting against Pastor Fatoyinbo of COZA who has been accused by Busola Dakolo of raping her. 

Other gossip blogs and news sites had also went ahead with the story, claiming Kizz had called the celebrities ‘brainless’. 

In a letter written to Vanguard through his lawyers, Kizz Daniel has demanded a public apology and withdrawal of the publication, a written undertaking not to publish anyhting about him without confirmation and the sum of 100million naira to cover for reputational damage he has already suffered.
