Soldiers allegedly stopped a bus and forced some young boys in the car to come down and shave each other’s hair.
A lady, Ify Nnamani, narrated how the bus she travelled on was stopped by soldiers, one of whom, complained that the music the driver had been playing made him sad.

The soldiers then started a sadistic barbershop when they asked some boys with bushy hair to come down and forced them to shave each other’s hair with a blunt razor.
