UNIBEN ends all excursions outside Benin after suspected herdsmen kidnap students

The University of Benin has prohibited all excursions and field trips outside Edo state after the kidnapping of its student yesterday.

Recall that Dockaysworld released an exclusive report on twelve students and three lecturers of the Department of Geology who were abducted yesterday by suspected herdsmen in Igarra, Edo state.

The University has now taken matters into its own hands to prevent further incidents by ending all trips out.

There have been reports that the kidnapped students and lecturers have regained their freedom, but Dockaysworld cannot confirm the authenticity of such reports at this moment.
