You insult me when you mention Funke Akindele in my presence – Tinubu blows hot [video]

The All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has labeled it an insult for the name of the Lagos Deputy Governorship candidate under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Funke Akindele to be mentioned in his presence.

Funke who’s also a popular actress and producer has faced numerous criticisms for venturing into politics with many claiming she’s too unserious for the role.

This seems to be a sentiment shared by the APC candidate Tinubu who chastised some persons who’d brought up her name at event he was present at.

Tinubu had been replying some singers during the state party stakeholders meeting at the state headquarters.

The singers sang about Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his opposition, including PDP’s Funke Akindele.

Tinubu, in a response to the singers, said their act was an insult to him.
