23 or 32 – Nigerians react as BBNaija Chichi celebrates 23rd birthday [photos]

Former BBNaija housemate Chinenyenwa Desire Okoebor, aka Chichi has come under fire for claiming she turns 23 years old tomorrow.

The reality TV star had excitedly announced that her birthday was hours away and that she’d be 23 shortly.

While some fans and followers congratulated her and shared excitement that she’d be a year older, others took to berating the ex-housemate for lying.

Photos of her in 2014 have begun to circulate with Twitter users questioning her age at the time due to her nature visage.

Yet another section of followers have said Chichi’s lying as she’d reportedly said she was 25 while in the BBNaija house.

She wrote:

I was conceived out of grace!!! 23 (TWENTY THREE) in few hours!!!
