A man identified as Precious Chinonso Ashiegbu has gone on facebook to recount how his driver was almost framed for a murder which allegedly turned out to be committed by the Nigerian police.

The driver had reportedly hit a young man on the road with his car, prompting his arrest along with his boss.

The community youth had also threatened to beat them up and more. After further investigations it was discovered that the victim was about to be wed and that he was pushed into traffic when he refused to give the policemen bribes.

This exonerated the driver as the youth swarmed the police station in an attempt to burn it down.
