ACP Yomi Shogunle, has advised ladies to stay woke and given them methods to avoid becoming victims of men who might take them to hotels.

This is coming amidst the emergence of a serial killer in Port Harcourt who has only killed ladies thus far. 

For ACP Shogunle, his immediate suggestive solution is for ladies to stay alert anywhere they find themselves and try to inform people about their whereabouts, so it can deter any harm planned by the person who they are with.
