Pastor Fatoyinbo demands N50m from Busola Dakolo for damages in counter lawsuit (see documents)

Founder and Senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo has demanded 50 million for damages in a counter lawsuit against Busola Dakolo.

The pastor has also asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to dismiss the rape lawsuit filed against him by Busola Dakolo on grounds of incompetence and frivolity. 

This is coming after Dakolo had demanded an apology from the clergyman via her lawyer. 

She had demanded that it be published on the front page of at least two national newspapers and two national television stations for seven days running consecutively.
