A bunch of thugs have reportedly taken the opportunity to loot and pillage as the Balogun market in Lagos went up in flames earlier today.
Early today, news made round that a part of the popular Balogun market in Lagos State has been gutted by fire and men of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency and Lagos State Fire Service had been deployed to put out the inferno.
The thugs had gone after shops that escaped the fire but had been evacuated all the while fire fighters worked to put out the fire.
