Nigerians react as singer Teni declares it is not wrong for women to propose to men

Ace Nigerian singer Teni Apata has been blastedu by feminists after she pondered that they did not kneel to propose to men.

Teni who had reacted to a video of a woman rejecting a man’s proposal had begun to tweet about the idea.

She said that it was funny that feminists only believed in equality until it was time to propose to a man which she said was not a bad thing. 

She wrote:

Y’all are feminists till it’s time to bend on one knee to ask a man to marry you! Aren’t we equal?
