Just in: Another patient tests positive for COVID-19 in Abuja as total cases rises to 27

The NCDC has announced that there has been another confirmed case of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Abuja after the 3 confirmed yesterday.

This brings the title of infected persons in the country to 27 with 2 having recovered and been discharged.

Meanwhile one case has been confirmed in Oyo state with 3 more in Lagos state.

The government has advised against all forms of gatherings including religious ones which was implemented by closing of churches that opened today.

One new case of #COVID19 has been confirmed in FCT, Nigeria

As at 11:00 am on the 22nd of March, there are 27 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria

Of the 27 confirmed cases, 2 have been discharged with no death
