An alleged ballot box snatcher was shot by security forces as they took action to foil his mission of disrupting the off-cycle election in Kogi State.

According to the Transition Monitoring Group (TMG), the deceased was shot earlier today in the Anyigba Local Government Area of Kogi State.

The TMG reported on its official account that the alleged leading political party thug was shot in an attempt to disrupt the election by snatching the ballot box during the election in Kogi State.
