Edo PDP Governorship candidate emerges

Edo State Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu has emerged winner of a factional Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primary election in Edo State.

Shaibu won the parallel primaries with over 301 votes while the Governor Obaseki faction of the party is yet to commence the election.
