Thick smoke was seen coming out of the building, which led to fear among workers, customers, and nearby traders.

Emergency teams from the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service arrived quickly at the scene and worked to stop the fire from spreading to other parts of the building.

The situation was brought under control after a coordinated response, and the affected area was secured.

After the fire was put out, it was confirmed that only the vehicle involved and nearby sections were affected.

No deaths or injuries were recorded.

Normal activities later resumed around the area as authorities cleared the scene and began checking what caused the incident.

The bank also stated that operations at the branch were not disrupted and customers continued their transactions.
