“I am not dating Mercy Eke” – BBNaija’s Pere confesses

Former Big Brother Naija housemate and actor, Pere Egbi has revealed that he is neither dating nor in an intimate relationship with fellow BBNaija star, Mercy Eke.

Pere made the clarification today in a post on his official X (formerly Twitter) page even though they have been receiving gifts from fans supporting their relationship.

This revelation comes after suggestions of a romantic relationship between the two were getting circulated by fans, as they have openly shown affection for each other both in the Big Brother house and during their media Interviews outside the house.

According to him:

“Dear shippers while I appreciate your efforts and care from inception, I would love to be clear on one thing I am not dating Mercy Eke. So please cease with the flowers mentioning her name. This is as concise as I can be.”

However, fans have flooded the comment section after he made the statement to express their thoughts on the revelation.
