I don’t believe in any of the candidates – Burna Boy declares about election

Popular Nigerian musician Damini Ogulu aka Burna boy, has stated the reason he has not been active in Nigerian politics is because he does not believe in any candidate.

Burna stated that he didn’t want to recommend any politician to Nigerians cause he didn’t want to be blamed when the politician failed to do as he promised.

He told fans to find someone else to give them recommendations on who to vote for as he’d never subscribe to such.

He however said that he wanted the best man to win and hoped the process would be free and fair and credible.

He wrote:

I dunno why it’s such a big deal to some Nigerians that I’ve not been vocal about the elections.
Personally I don’t have a candidate that I believe in. I’ve never supported any political party or candidate in my life because I don’t want to make you vote and then blame me when the person fucks up as usual. That being said, I hope all votes count and the best man wins.
