A Nigerian chef identified as Adeyeye Adeola, also known as Chef Deo has surpassed her target of 150 hour longest cooking record in Ondo state.
Chef Deo reached the feat some time ago to the delight of her friends, fans and a family who could be seen screaming and jubilating in a trending video online.
Deo began her cook-a-thon on June 30, 2023, in Ile-Oluji, Ondo state. With the completion of 150 hours, the record attempt has officially ended.

She seeks to clinch the official record from Hilda Baci who holds the Guinness World Record with a time of about 93 hours.
This is coming after Ekiti state’s chef Dammy cooked for 120 hours in her own version of the cook-a-thon.
