Just In: Appeal Court Confirms Bala Mohammed As Bauchi Governor
The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has confirmed the victory of Bala Mohammed as the governor of Bauchi State.
The judgement was declared earlier today as the court dismissed the appeal filed by the APC’s candidate and confirmed Mohammed as the new Governor.
Meanwhile, the Bauchi State Deputy Governor, Auwal Jatau, in a statement through his Special Assistant on Media, Muslim Lawal, revealed his happiness over the judgement of the appeal court.
