Dr. Akintoye Akindele the chairman of Platform Capital and husband of popular Instagram big girl Dark Chocolate, has been arrested for massive fraud.
Akintoye was arrested by the Nigeria Police Force for alleged fraudulent diversion of payment for crude oil supplied to Duport Midstream Company Limited.
Akindele, who received the invitation from the Nigeria Police Force to appear on Monday, July 24, 2023, left the country without honoring the invitation, sources said.

“All efforts to get Dr. Akindele to account for the crude oil which he allegedly sold and received payment for proved abortive,” the source said.

Meanwhile former rapper Eldee the Don spoke recently about Akintoye and how he had swindled his business and left many stranded and unpaid.
